колегата по горе не е прав, както вече споменах в друга тема, чаках едно арматурно табло 8 месеца, и след като направих скандал и стигна и до германците , на втората седмица ми се обадиха и ми казаха "таблото ви е тук, кога ще ви е удобно да оставите колата за ремонт". За радост в германия хората държат на клиентите си.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing you on behalf of the official Kia fan club of Bulgaria ( http://kia-bg.com ). We would like to bring to your attention some matters of significant interest to us.
Hereby we are expressing our disappointment of the services provided by our local dealer - Kia Motors Bulgaria in Sofia. More precisely there are serious flaws in the technical service which should be covered by the warranty of our vehicles.
Below you will find a few examples of the issues which forced us to escalate them to you directly.
There are numerous Kia Cee’d owners which complain from a rattling noise in the steering axle of their vehicles. After a visit to the dealership's technical service center they have been assured that their cars are in a perfect condition and do not need maintenance or any kind of interventions.
However their problem is real and it persists. According to the Russian Kia Cee’d fan club this is a known factory defect which is being fixed with a repair kit. There are a number of other examples of obvious problems that were solved only after being escalated to the chief sales manager or the head of the technical service center. According to us it is unacceptable to seek the attention of Kia Motors Bulgaria's management in order to fix even minor defects. We admit that there is some positive feedback regarding the warranty service but the overall impression is very poor.
There is a need of an improvement in the services provided to your customers in Sofia, Bulgaria and we recon that the corrective measures should be triggered from the Kia Motors headquarters.
The goal of this statement is not only to complain but to raise our issues to a higher level due to the fact that the number of Kia owners in Bulgaria is constantly growing and the eastern European market could be really profiting to your company. Unfortunately without receiving the proper utility and warranty we have paid for, this positive trend has a great chance to decline.
We would be very thankful if you take into consideration our issues and keep us informed of any possible improvement actions.
