I will be glad to see you in Russe.
I guess that the best time is at the beginning of March,
The first weekend for example, 7th?.
The problem for the end of the February is that there are 4 days holiday and everybody will want to go somewhere.
I will make a pool, just in case, to see the others.

For us it is easy because we have usually meetings. For example, tomorrow we will have meeting in Bucharest with restaurant after this. ;D In this case, to go one day and to meet our friends from Bulgaria it is not going to be a problem.
